Queenstown Tandem Skydive is an email-only comparison site. It covers three tandem skydives, and the operator's own tour page usually answers most questions faster.
What To Write About
Write to info@queenstowntandemskydive.com about price or fact errors on a skydive card, a listing that no longer exists, or press and partnership questions. To make a correction quick to act on, include three things: the name of the skydive, what you expected to see and what you saw instead, and a return address for the reply.
What The Site Cannot Do
This site is not a booking office and has no link into any operator's diary. It cannot act on a reservation or on the day of a jump.
- Change, cancel or move a booking.
- Issue refunds or check whether a payment went through.
- Confirm a jump time or whether weather allows a jump to go ahead.
- Pass a message to an operator or a Tandem Master.
Where To Take Booking Problems
Start with the confirmation you received from the booking page. If the matter concerns the jump itself, the drop zone or the coach, contact the operator named on that confirmation. All money moves between you, the platform and the operator, so neither of those routes involves this site.
The Address
Send plain text only. Please do not send payment details, copies of ID or booking confirmations; none of that is needed to fix a price on a card or discuss coverage, and keeping them out of email protects you.
